Ridgemount Homes main area of activity has been from the M40 to the A3 and we have found by concentrating in those areas we have gained considerable experience with dealing with most local planning authorities.

Ridgemount are keen to acquire sites in these areas and would be pleased to meet with owners of potential sites.

Ridgemount always involve a professional team of experienced and qualified planning experts from the initial consultation with the local authority all the way through the planning process including, if necessary, making an Appeal to the Department of the Environment. Although we have found from experience, close consultation with the local planning department to be the quicker and most beneficial approach.
